young adult small group has been really fun and really encouraging too.

for yesterday's dinner, alice prepared cheese burger but it wasn't your average "i just bought them at costco patties" but hand-made, or "love burger" we'd like to call it, patties! wow! it was so good! alice, you are the bomb. [we renamed it "sleepy burger" after what it did to all the guys...]

after a short devotion by doug, we headed out to the berkeley marina to have a little fellowship. it was one of those calm nites with clear skies and not too much wind. we set up next to one of the picnic tables and started to sing some praise songs. it's always amazing singing about Him as you are surrounded by the creation. the water, trees, and rocks surrounding us with dark sky with brightly lit stars... wow. God created all those? it was awesome.

it's weird. we have a pretty tight group. although i wish more of the yag ppl from the berkeley area came out.
